UAV Assembly

DELFOi delivers cost effective UAV manufacturing assembly systems. Our package includes hardware, methodology and software for complete manufacturing systems to build UAV aircrafts. Hardware is based on BoxJoint for modular and flexible beam framework. Secondly the Flexapod D-Flex 6 for configurable setup of the support stands of the pick-ups. DELFOi supply Pick-ups, but in most cases the customers have their own approach to support the aircraft structure. D-Flex 6 units are attached in beam framework or on pedestals.

DELFOi support the tool design through configurator software packages (in Dassault System V5) that guide the user through the design process. One configurator software for D-Flex 6 and one configurator for BoxJoint. All tool components are prepared for database storage i.e. Enovia.
